
The Marketing and Events Manager manages marketing programs for each event and manages the planning process for all CSSC events. SPECIAL EVENT PLANNING/MARKETING/COORDINATIONĪll CSSC Social Events will be planned, marketed and managed by CSSC. Assist in development of promotional and marketing materials with CSSC Creative Director.Coordinate and manage promotions at CSSC leagues to focus on customer retention.

Assist in the development of extensive and useful corporate, alumni and association contact lists and strategies to get their people involved.Manage CSSC email databases and write, complete, and send weekly e-mail newsletter, and other league or event specific emails while keeping content updated for all sponsors, CSSC weekly events and promotions and CSSC league information.Manage social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, Twitter, and LinkedIn for CSSC including updating content such as stories and posts to be fresh, relevant, and engaging managing ad campaigns and managing customer engagement.Work with CSSC management to develop seasonal league and event marketing plans.The Marketing Plan will focus on social media and digital marketing strategies, grass roots promotional strategies, and other media and marketing channels to reach individual and group customers. The CSSC Marketing and Events Manager will develop and execute a marketing plan designed to maximize sales for all Chicago Sport and Social Club sports leagues and events.


Coordinate, manage, and develop Social Event schedule, execution, marketing and promotions, staff management, customer relations and other tasks pertaining to the positive growth and improvement of Chicago Sport and Social Club (CSSC) events.
